Order Placing

By placing an order (verbally, by telephone, or in writing), the buyer accepts the General Terms and Conditions.

General

Our General Terms and Conditions apply – unless otherwise agreed in writing – to all services. We reserve the right to change the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

All offers are non-binding and subject to change; we only supply to commercial resellers.

Payment

Initial orders (minimum order value €300) are only possible with advance payment. Thereafter (subject to creditworthiness), delivery is made on account; payment without deductions within 14 days of invoicing. In the event of late payment, statutory default interest will apply, but at least 6%. The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Liability

Liability is generally excluded, with the exception of damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

Delivery/Shipping

Goods in stock will be delivered at short notice (within two weeks).
For items that require production, please allow up to eight weeks for delivery.

If failure to meet these delivery deadlines is due to force majeure,
we reserve the right to extend the delivery period. We also reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. Compensation for late delivery cannot be granted.

Partial deliveries can be arranged upon request.

All deliveries are shipped freight collect; the current shipping fee is €6.00 ​​per order. The company works with various shipping companies and tries to choose the most favorable rate possible. Other companies can also be used by mutual agreement.

Minimum Order Quantity

The current minimum order quantity is €100. For orders below €100, we must charge a minimum order surcharge of currently €5.

Prices

All prices exclude VAT.

The current price list applies to pricing. We reserve the right to change the price list without prior notice. We charge exclusively in euros. Shipping costs will be added.

Quality

Our products correspond to the specifications offered. We guarantee that the goods are of impeccable quality. Minor technical deviations are reserved. Any defects must be reported to us within 7 days. Returns generally require our approval; please include the invoice number when returning items. If the customer wishes, we will consider exchanging the item. Otherwise, and in the event that an exchange is not possible for whatever reason, the customer will be compensated financially.

Other

Legal disputes must be settled amicably; otherwise, Frankfurt shall be the place of jurisdiction. Furthermore, Frankfurt is the place of performance.

Data necessary for the business relationship is stored by us. It will, of course, be treated confidentially; disclosure to third parties is prohibited.
